Initially, I got involved with the originating board of directors of LightShare. The concept of an intergenerational approach to community problem solving was exciting and totally outside my experience. Over the past three years, I have moved from lending LightShare not for profit business experience to hands on involvement.  As one who loves to get things done and see the fruit of labors bloom, I have discovered the joy of having an experience unfold slowly in its on time and its own way.
